It starts with a conversation

The first step is a free 15-minute phone call: no forms about your history, no obligation, just a chance to talk and see whether I’m the right person to help. I make these calls on Monday to Wednesday evenings, 7pm to 9pm. Tell me a little below, or pick up the phone if that’s easier.

Send me a message

I read and reply to every enquiry personally.

This form comes straight to me, and only me. See privacy & confidentiality.

The fastest way to start is the free intro call or a Saturday session in North Shields. If getting to North Shields is difficult, do ask about online sessions.

If I’m with a client, it will go to voicemail. Leave your name and number and I’ll call you back at a time that suits you.

Easier still, book the free 15-minute call online and pick a time that suits you. I make those calls on Monday to Wednesday evenings, 7pm to 9pm, and I ring you.

Helpful if you’d like to set things out in your own time and your own words.

In confidence

Whatever you share, here, by phone or by email, is treated with the same care and confidentiality as a session. Enquiries come directly to me and are never passed to anyone else.

If getting to North Shields is difficult, sessions can also be held online. Just ask when you get in touch.

If you’re in crisis right now, please don’t wait for a reply. Call 999 in an emergency, or the Samaritans free, day or night, on 116 123.

However long you’ve been thinking about this, getting in touch is the hardest step. After that, we take it gently.
